Conveyor Belting

Fenner Dunlop GrainMaster® and GrainSupreme® Belting
GrainMaster and GrainSupreme deliver high strength along with low elongation and excellent fastener-holding properties. As part of Plylock Group, they are engineered for higher tension ratings.
#25A: 3-Ply 330# 1/16 x 1/16 SCORFR Grain
Special compounds make this belt ideal for grain handling and other applications requiring resistance to mineral, animal, or vegetable fats. It is static conductive for use on grain conveyors or elevators where static charges must be held to minimums.
Hole Punching
We have a wide range of dies to provide precise, clean, tight-fitting and properly spaced holes for bucket elevators.
#4327: Interwoven 120# Polyester Black PVC Crescent Top x Brushed
Crescent top profiles project from the belt surface to aggressively assist the belt in moving bulk solids. Crescents overlap to assure smooth, quiet running on return rolls.

#4324: Interwoven 120# Polyester Black PVC Chevron Top x Brushed
The herringbone pattern allows materials such as grains, food stuffs, feeds, and fertilizers to be carried up steep inclines. Also assists in draining liquids from wet products.
#5072: Interwoven 350# Polyester Black PVC Cover x Cover FR/SC
Fire-retardant, static-conductive belt commonly used for elevator belting in the feed and grain industries. Resistant to grain oils, fire, moisture, and mildew, and is MSHA approved.

Bulk Roll Baler Belting
Bulk baler belts do not come with fasteners installed and are available in a variety of widths. Cover options as follows: diamond top, continuous chevron, mini roughtop or impression top.
Pre-Laced Baler Belts
Laced belts include connecting pin, professionally installed lacing/mechanical fasteners and high-quality belting. Options include: Alligator® Rivet, Clipper® Wire Hooks, Mato Fasteners and Alligator® Staple.
Bale Thrower Belts
Baler thrower belts are used with square balers to care bales through a chute, into the air and into the bale wagon.
Starter Flaps
Starter flaps are attached to rollers within the round hay baller to assist in starting bale formation.
Platform/Bottom Belts
Platform belts provide a platform for round hay bales at the bottom of the bale chamber, while also assisting to rotate the hay bale. They are typically found on older baler models.
Gathering Wheels
Resists finger breakage under extreme conditions. Delivers more hay to the baler pickup and assists in gathering windrows. Available as a wheel segment, in 24" or 28" diameters, or with hub and wheel assembly.

Braided & Spiral Hydraulic Hoses
Used in mining and aggregate applications to meet specific application needs whether it's drive motors or cylinder lifts. All backed by the best in the industry: Gates, Eaton, and Synflex.
Hose Master Stripwound Metal Hose
Hose Master's interlocked/overlapping metal product lines can be rough bore or smooth bore and are used for transfer of bulk dry materials. The interlocked sections allow the hose to stay flexible.
Kuriyama PVC Hoses
Kuriyama offers a wide range of industrial PVC hoses that meet abrasion, static, and FDA/food-compliant requirements. The WE™ Series offers a great food-grade option for material handling. Grounding wires are available.
Dixon Hose Couplings
Dixon offers a wide variety of hose connections in flange or cam lock designs. Available in aluminum, brass, steel, and plastic materials.

Common fabricated rubber parts include chutes and hoppers. These can be custom made to fit the exact size requirements needed for your agricultural and grain application.

Skirtboard Rubber
SBR and natural rubber skirting are used to minimize material spillage at loading and transfer points on conveyors, or to help center materials during transport up inclines.
