Cleating
Cleats are used with Durowall belting to convey materials up an incline and prevent product rollback. They also separate conveyed products from materials. We offer a wide variety of lightweight cleat styles, sizes and colors to meet your application needs.
Cleat styles for lightweight sidewall belts include:
- T-cleat – for most incline needs
- C-cleat (scoop cleat) – for steeper angles
- Thin line – for smaller pulley diameters and lower tonnages
- Heavy-duty T-cleat
- Super heavy-duty T-cleat
